I’m not seeing the points for a recent order in my account, what do I do?
Points can take up to 24 hours to populate into your account. Try waiting a day and checking your account again. If the points have not populated after 24 hours, please email us a copy of your receipt and we will be happy to add any unawarded points from the last 60 days to your account.
